- Can I bring a child under 3 to the theatre show?
Our theatre show is 1 hour long and aimed at families with children age 3+ who we feel are old enough to enjoy, understand and appreciate the production. To minimise disruption to other audience members we request that younger children and babies are not brought in to the auditorium. Regardless of age, any child watching the production must have a valid child ticket.
NB No pushchairs are admitted in the theatre. Please use the buggy park in the foyer.
- Is there an interval?
The show is 60 minutes long with no interval
- What time do I need to arrive?
Depending on the day show times vary with performances at 10.30, 13.30 and 16.00 and the theatre doors open 30 mins before a performance. If you have booked in advance, your seats are reserved and you may arrive any time after the doors open. If you have also booked an Attraction ticket please be aware that there are sometimes long queues to enter the exhibition. Morning & early afternoon ticket deals often offer a fast-track option which is after the show only.
- How does the Fast Track ticket work?
If you have bought a joint ticket for the 10.30 or 13.30 show, you may use the fast-track option in to the exhibition. Simply remain in your theatre seat after the performance and wait for instructions from the Theatre staff. Fast track entry is only available after the show. If you wish to enter the exhibition at a different time on the day of the show you must join the regular queue.
- Do you have a policy for Carers?
If you are a carer you can enjoy a complimentary ticket to see the show with the person you care for. Please bring a copy of a letter that says which disability benefits the person you care for gets, or if you get Carer’s Allowance.
- Where can I park?
There are several car parks in Bowness, which do get busy over the summer months so please allow yourself plenty of time to find somewhere to park. More details here.
- My tickets haven’t arrived, what should I do?
If you haven’t received your tickets after 7 working days of ordering them please email the box office: [email protected] . Please have your order reference number or the correct name and details that the tickets were booked under.
- We can’t come to the performance we booked, can we have a refund?
We don’t offer refunds for tickets, but if possible we may be able to transfer them to another performance.
