Interesting visitors at the Attraction

It is always fascinating to meet visitors at our Attraction who have some historical connection to Beatrix Potter. Today, we were delighted to welcome Adrian Thwaites and his wife from Oxford. Adrian is the great nephew of Noel Moore, the boy whom in 1893 Beatrix wote the picture letter to about Peter Rabbit…

‘My dear Noel, I don’t know what to write to you, so I shall tell you a story about four little rabbits whose names were Flopsy, Mopsy, Cottontail and Peter …’

Adrian thoroughly enjoyed his visit to the exhibition and was planning to enjoy the weekend in Beatrix Potter’s beautiful Lake District.
