GREAT PETER RABBIT EASTER EGG HUNT

Join in the annual Easter fun with Peter Rabbit and hunt for his special eggs throughout Cumbria.
This year there are 110 eggs to be found to celebrate Peter Rabbit's 110th birthday. 2012 is also the centenary year of 'The Tale of Mr Tod'.
Each egg is a prize, but there are 10 BIG prizes to be won, once you have found the egg please let the attraction know and we can tell you if you are a winner. One prize per family only.

WINDERMERE OLYMPIC RELAY
Saturday 30 June to Sunday 2 SeptemberFree Family Fun Event
Be an Olympian this summer in the Windermere Olympic Relay. Form your own family team to take part to win Gold, Silver or Bronze. The Windermere Olympic Relay is not a 400 metre sprint, so there's no need to speed off from the start line with a baton. We want you to take your time and enjoy the Lake District sights, stamping your relay card at different checkpoints along your route! The start and finish line is the World of Beatrix Potter Attraction in Bowness where you will collect your entry card and your first ink stamp and drop off your card at the end of your race. Your challenge is to collect as many ink stamps as you can from the different checkpoints in the Olympic Relay which are located at five top local Attractions: the Lake District Visitor Centre at Brockhole, Windermere Lake Cruises, Lakes Aquarium, Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway and Lakeland Motor Museum. Entry to the Attractions is not required to collect your commemorative stamp.
To complete the relay and be in with a chance to be positioned on the Windermere Olympic Relay podium as a Gold, Silver or Bronze winner you need to collect a stamp from at least four checkpoints.
