Garden Tours

Our Gardener-in-Charge or our Assistant Gardener from the Peter Rabbit™ Garden & Kitchen Garden will be delighted to give your group an exclusive tour and talk about the Peter Rabbit™ Garden during their visit to the Attraction.

Visitors will take a walk through Mr McGregor’s potting shed and discover the gardens that Beatrix Potter wrote about and illustrated in her Tales.  The garden is designed to capture the very essence of Beatrix Potter’s world from the cos lettuces that Benjamin Bunny nibbled on to the gooseberry bush where Peter got caught in a net as he tried to escape Mr. McGregor.

Here you can find out about the heritage Long Scarlett Radish seeds which Peter Rabbit is famously fond of, which we grow and harvest for the Heritage Seed Library along with all the different plants and herb varieties that grow here.  There is plenty of opportunity to ask questions for the keen gardeners in the group!

FREE to groups: Garden tours are free but subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
