Starts Thursday 5 April at 10am and finishes when all the eggs are found
Come and join the annual Easter Egg fun with Peter Rabbit and take part in one of the UK’s largest Easter Egg Hunts for a chance to win one of ten top prizes. This year 110 ceramic eggs have been specially designed and hand-crafted to celebrate Peter Rabbit’s 110th birthday and the centenary year of ‘The Tale of Mr Tod’. The distinctive eggs will be hidden across Cumbria with clues to help you in your search, but it is up to you to get out into the Lake District countryside and enjoy the challenge of finding these special Easter eggs! They could be hidden in villages, gardens, by lakes or on the top of hills, but wherever they are hidden you won't have to pay a penny to find them. This is a great event for everyone to enjoy. But be quick, because once the eggs have all been found the great Peter Rabbit Easter Egg Hunt 2012 is over!
Each ceramic egg is a fantastic prize and allows its winner free entry in to The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction along with a special edition Beatrix Potter book published by F Warne & Co. But in addition, there are ten top prizes to be won. Once all the eggs have been found, the winners can claim their prizes. (One prize per family).
