HOW IT WORKS: You take part in the Egg Hunt by using your mobile signal to view a google map with clues and markers which lead you to an egg. When you find an egg it is yours to keep. You must call or text us to tell us you have found the egg ASAP and to see if you have won one of the top prizes. We will then remove that egg marker from the live map. You will need to keep refreshing the map on your mobile device!
SAFETY: For safety reasons, all eggs will be placed in a safe location and will not require you to go near water or stray far from the footpath.
Disclaimer: The Egg Hunt will take part in the Lake District and requires a mobile device to view a google map. NB we cannot guarantee mobile signal in all areas – you may need back up from a friend or family member on wifi at home!
We rely on egg hunters to let us know when they have found an egg and we update it the moment we know. Please be aware however that sometimes there is a delay with this happening due to mobile signal. Keep refreshing your map for the most up to date info!
